The remaining two - Dream and Incense - come straight from the also-beloved Norvina Eye Shadow Palette. Six of its shades - Tempera, Orange Soda, Dusty Rose, Sultry, Mulberry, Noir - you know and love from the first Soft Glam palette. It's encased in the same luxurious beige velvet as the original in a perfectly hand-sized package you can take basically anywhere. This eyeshadow formula is incredible and blends like a dream! Whilst the selection of matte eyeshadows are buttery smooth and easily blended what keeps me coming back to this palette is the metallic shades. The Soft Glam II Mini Eye Shadow Palette is a miniature take on Soft Glam with eight shades instead of 12. ApplicationĪs these shadows are quite soft there is some kickback but nothing as dramatic as the subculture palette! It is just important to note that you should tap the excess of the brush before application so you don’t end up in a big mess with lots of fall out. My one complaint with the packaging is that the felt makes it very easy to get dirty from other makeup if it is left floating around in your makeup bag. As I have expressed before I love squared eyeshadow pans over long thin ones as they are easy to dip your brush into and swirly evenly. The palette comes with a dual-ended brush that is surprisingly nice and soft and I can see being used by many buyers whereas I do prefer using my normal set of brushes. Keeping in line with the rest of ABH’s eyeshadow palettes the 14 shade palette feels luxurious with the felt cover and a generously sized mirror on the flap.
